Waterproof REXpersonal SOS button with GPS location and alarm transmission to your mobile phone (SMS or notification). Battery life up to 3 years. Ideal for use as an SOS button for seniors or people with disabilities. The device can also be used in wet environments, such as the bathtub or shower. Can also be ordered as an SOS neck pendant.

When the button is pressed, you will receive an SOS message via notification in the REX Online app (Android, iPhone) or via SMS. The app will also display the user's exact GPS location on a map (can be deactivated for longer battery life).

Service fee
The price includes 1 month of service. An additional year of service costs CZK 600 (including VAT).
The service includes the transmission of SOS alerts throughout the EU, the cost of the SIM card, the app on your phone, email support, and automatic function checks once every 24 hours. SOS messages can be sent via notifications to the REX Online app (Android, iPhone) or via SMS. SMS numbers can be set up and changed at any time in the web portal and the REX Online app.

Battery life
Battery life up to 3 years (depending on the number of SOS messages and whether GPS is turned on - sending GPS locations with SOS alarms can be disabled for longer battery life). The battery cannot be replaced by the user. When the battery is discharged, the tracker must be sent to our service center for replacement at a cost of CZK 600 including VAT. The battery status can be viewed in the REX Online application.
